Refund Policy

The Queenie Institute of Natural Hair Care Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing The Queenie Institute of Natural Hair Care.  We value your trust and want to ensure transparency in all transactions.  

For Tuition & Courses: 

• All tuition payments are non-refundable once classes begin.  

• If you cancel prior to the start of class, you may request a refund minus a non-refundable registration fee of $500. 

• Payment plans must be completed in full.  Failure to complete payments may result in dismissal from the program and withholding of course completion certificates.  

For Products (Hair Oils, Supplies, Merchandise): 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  

• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened hair care products.  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
